Program description
When you opt in, Luca's Coffee Shop may send you automated text messages about your orders and deliveries, plus occasional weekend menu, availability, and shop updates. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
How to opt in
You may begin the opt-in process by voluntarily checking the separate SMS-consent box on our order form. Providing a mobile number for order or delivery purposes alone does not enroll you in recurring marketing messages. Website-originated subscriptions require a second confirmation through the confirmation process provided by our messaging platform before recurring promotional messages begin.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your orders and weekend availability. Luca's Coffee Shop does not charge you for this program, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel recurring messages. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help. After a STOP request, only a handset-originated START request can restore your SMS subscription; we will not override an opt-out through our website or API.
Privacy and eligibility
Your participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. You must be the authorized user of the mobile number supplied and able to consent to these terms.
